Founded in 1991, this one-of-a-kind institution trains choral and solo opera singers of the highest quality. The Academy has several choral groups which perform with great success both in Russia and in other countries. Regularly invited to the Festival of Colmar since 1998, the mixed choir of the Academy excels in all repertories, both Russian and Western, and consistently receives enthusiastic and unanimous acclaim from critics and the public.
