Renaud Capuçon, Violin
"Climbing higher and higher without ever running out of breath..." (Le Figaro)
Internationally-renowned performer Renaud Capuçon has rubbed shoulders with most of the greatest classical musicians, such as Isaac Stern. In 1998, he was invited by Claudio Abbado to be concertmaster of Gustav Mahler's "Jungendorchester", which allowed him to perfect his musical education alongside Pierre Boulez and Daniel Barenboim. Passionate about chamber music and bursting with awards, this musician has also collaborated with the likes of Martha Argerich, Katia and Marielle Labèque and Hélène Grimaud.
